The Heroic Opera Company was formed in February of 2017. Our mandate is to produce both concert and staged operas of Wagner, Strauss, and Verdi only. Our aim is to enrich Vancouver’s opera scene with more of these great operas for big, dramatic voices. We are proud of our inaugural project: a concert version of Wagner’s Die Walküre, with the incredible Les Dala as pianist and music director.
