Andreas Wank is the most successful Olympic athlete to compete in the Callaghan Valley since the Vancouver Winter Olympic Games in 2010. With a silver in the team event on the large hill here in 2010 and a gold in Sochi he is undoubtedly a top competitor. Hilde is one the few competitors competing at Whistler who also competed in the 2010 Vancouver Olympic Winter Games where he won bronze in the team competition with Norway. Hilde has also won 4 World Championship silver medals and a bronze ski flying world championship medal, definitely putting him among the favourites at Whistler.
