Family Needs Childcare in Vancouver

Toddler Feet

There is a family that needs temporary, part-time, casual child-care. They live in Vancouver and have a two-year old. They are hoping to find either a flexible nanny or even a mother of a child that is also around two. They would even consider dropping off their child or participating in a child-care exchange. The child care provider should also be German-speaking, if possible, as they would like to introduce their child to the language.

They are hoping to visit the German Playgroup held Mondays at the St. Mark’s Evangelical Lutheran Church between 9 am and 11 am. They also would like anything from 10 hours to 30 hours a week in child care, taking their daughter to the playgrounds, beaches and parks in the great outdoors.

If you are interested, or know someone who would be, please get in touch with Elke at or call me at 604 828 8788.

Preferably you would have a criminal records check, a first aid certificate, a CV and experience with young children.

If you know of any other child care positions, you can post them on my blog. This would be a position for someone who lives reasonably close to Knight and 49th and has a working visa.
