We are currently in the process of casting and are looking for a second-generation Canadians or Americans aged 17 – 24 and their parent who immigrated to North America. Our show would be an opportunity for Parent and Child to sh a once in a lifetime opportunity to return to their country of origin and walk in their parents’ footsteps.

In ‘HOW I GOT HERE’, Canadian or American born 17-24-year old’s will embark on an adventure of a lifetime as they travel with their Parent back to their country of origin.

You will immerse yourself in special customs, enjoy thrilling local activities and reunite with important people from your parent’s past. Through this experience you will uncover the challenges and sacrifices that your parent over came to come to Canada or the US .‘How I Got Here ’brings two generations closer together by sharing a trip you both will remember for the rest of your lives! We need families for our January 2022 film slot.
SEEKING
●Canadian-born or US-born 17-24 year old’s.
●Either one or both of your parents relocated to Canada or the US.
●OR if you were raised by/are very close to a grandparent who relocated to Canada or the US, you can apply with them!
●You have not recently travelled to their country of origin/or you have never gone with them.
●Both you and your parent must be interested/available to travel to the country of origin for approximately two and a half weeks in January of 2022.
