Mother Language Lovers of the World Society (MLLWS) is a non-profit organization that celebrates linguistic and cultural diversity, enriching multiculturalism and intercultural harmony. We also promote the International Mother Language Day (Feb 21) to foster inclusive education and multilingualism, as envisioned by UNESCO.

We are thrilled to invite your esteemed organization to participate in the 9th International Mother Language Festival 2023, a vibrant celebration of cultural heritage and linguistic diversity. The event will take place on August 20, 2023, at the beautiful Holland Park in Surrey.

This festival aims to showcase and embrace the richness of various cultures through mother languages, songs, dances, and other creative expressions of celebration. Your active participation will add immense value to this joyous occasion. It is a unique opportunity to share the beauty and uniqueness of your cultural heritage with a diverse audience, promoting intercultural harmony and understanding.

At the 9th International Mother Language Festival, we strive to create an inclusive space for all communities to express themselves freely and proudly. It is a platform to foster mutual respect and appreciation for the linguistic and cultural diversity that enriches our society. Please feel free to present traditional performances, bring national flags, displays, or any creative means to showcase your cultural heritage. We encourage you to bring your unique touch to the event and make it an unforgettable experience for all attendees.

In the 8th Mother Language Festival 2022, attendees were mesmerized by performances from various countries, including Canada, China, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, El Salvador, Russia, Ukraine, and Bangladesh, showcasing their cultural brilliance. Students from Vancouver Bangla Language School and Southeast Asian Cultural Heritage group also left a lasting impression with their stunning performances.
