I thought I’d share this in case you’d like to post it and spread the word. German classes for kids is now available in the Tri-cities. I had been looking for German Language instruction for my daughter but they’re all too far from here; NVan, Surrey etc. I imagine other German speakers or decendants in the Tri-cities might like to know…
The Europa Language School is starting beginner youth German on Sept 25th. Here are the details from Europa:
“We are planning to start Kids German classes from September 25th. The classes will be held every Wednesday, from 4:15pm to 5:45pm, for 8 weeks. Cost for the 8-week course will be $198 (incl. GST) and course material is $20 (incl GST) – total $218 (incl. GST).
Class will be taught by a highly experienced teacher with over 20 years of experience in teaching German”

Learn German for understanding and speaking in everyday life using modern materials tailored for your age group.
The course introduces language for everyday purposes such as introducing oneself, greeting people, and asking for and giving simple information. Students will learn basic grammatical structures and vocabulary that will become the foundation for the communication skills. There will be a variety of classroom activities that cover all four skills as reading, speaking, writing, and listening.
